Morning Sessions
09.00 am – 11.00 am: Intellectual Output
PROJUVEN presented to all partners the Online Moodle Platform realized and discuss the main figures. The partners evaluated the platform, e-learning modules, quizzes and the overall objective of the output. All partners agreed to promote the platform and the created modules more among target group and close it for evaluation on 29 of November 2019.
In the period between 29 November 2019 – 6 December 2019, Projuven will send questionnaire to all participants who took part in the module platform e-learning courses for evaluation on – content, access etc.
On 28 November 2019 – Projuven needs to send to all partners for confirmation the questionnaire that they prepared.
In period between 6 December 2019 – 20 December 2019 – all partners will share the creation and delivering the certificates to the successfully passed participants.
Till 31 of January 2020 – Alternativi International needs to do analyses of the responses from the questionnaire that Projuven will disseminate.
11.00 am – 01.00 pm: Discussion among partners about the “Short-term joint staff training events (Latvia)” held in June 2019. Aleksandrs Posts introduced to all partners the daily agenda, outcomes and results of the C1.

Discussion among the coordinators was initiated and thought brainstorming, evaluating the E-learning modules created in the first output and the work with young people on dissemination activities we came up with the following Digital guide structure and chapters to be divided:
1.Digital world countering hate speech – Projuven
2.Non formal education and the role of youth work countering hate speech – Alternativi International
3.Best practice examples - OJAB
4.Counter Hate methods – LJAC
As well as Introduction and Conclusions completed by OJAB as output leader
with the following deadlines:
- Deadline for the chapters to be sent to OJAB: 11 of October 2019
- Deadline for the feedback and start translation: 21 October 2019
- Completion of introduction and conclusions by OJAB : 21 October 2019
- Design done by OJAB: 11 November 2019
- Delivering the translation of the Digital Guide in partner languages (by all partners to OJAB) by: 27 November 2019
Content arrangements: 8 – 10 pages without pictures; Photos to be sent in separate files; for usage of photos online please also add the reference or use https://unsplash.com as a free source of qualitative images.
4.00pm – 5.30pm: The partners discussed also the dissemination strategy and agreed on promoting fb page and Instagram, web posts in news part and sharing information on their web pages about the project and it’s results. All partners agreed on intense coordination of the social media profiles and updating frequently with relevant information as following:
